Encrypt Care

Encrypt Care is an encryption program for Windows that allows us to password protect any file. Thanks to this, no one will be able to access the file, and you will need to decrypt it with a password via Encrypt Care.

Supported files include photos, documents and programs. We can also encrypt texts and messages. This is very useful if we do not want anyone to be able to snoop on our computer, or if we want to send the files over the Internet and we want to make sure that only the recipient will be able to decrypt them.

For each file or text we can generate and verify the checksum to ensure that the encryption has not been modified. Encryption algorithms include AES, Blowfish, CAST and DES. Among the hashes, we can choose between MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256 and SHA-384, as well as many others.

It is important to note that if you forget the password, you will not be able to recover the encrypted file. The password must be entered in the upper part of the program, where we have to type it twice to confirm that we have not made a mistake. If we check the Remember password option, the program will remember it the next time we open it again. If we do not check it, the password we have entered will be deleted.
